What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:30. If you'd like to arrive a little earlier or stay a little longer, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you have pet-friendly rooms?

Yes – our ground-floor Courtyard Bedrooms and Deluxe Hot Tub Suites (excluding the Trafalgar Square Bus and French Boudoir), are all pet-friendly.

Should I expect any noise?

Some rooms are located near event areas, so light foot traffic or minimal noise may be heard.
